CINETS stores information you choose to provide through contact and partner submission forms so the network can respond and complete editorial review. Newsletter subscriptions are managed by Mailchimp using double opt-in.
Retention and sharing
Contact and partner submissions are retained for no longer than twelve months unless an ongoing editorial or legal need requires a documented exception. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and communications.
Your choices
You can use the site contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information. Newsletter messages provide Mailchimp’s unsubscribe controls.
